Binay SQUARE BEZEL INTEGRAL LED MODULES Binay Square Bezel LED Modules are an attractive alternative to the conventional round lens "look" of the standard panel light. They can also be used for legend indication (with legend plates), and even to build an annunciator fascia array As with all Binay LED products, Binay Square Bezel LED Modules offer a long life of 100,000 hours (11 years), low power consumption (0.5W max. at 220VAC, and resistance to shock and vibration. While eminently suit-able for simple panel indication, they can also serve as small annunciator windows with appropriate legend plates, with the convenience of fitting in a round panel cutout (of either 16.5 or 22.5mm diameter). An an-nunciator window array can thus be made by placing these Modules next to each other in rows and columns. The following models are available, in voltage ratings from 6V to 220V (AC or DC) and to 415V (AC only): Type JBS-1 30SQ: Suitable for 22.5mm panel cutout Bezel dimension: 30mm x 30mm Legend plate area: 24mm x 24mm Number of letters possible: Max. five per line, to a limit of three lines (3mm letters) Type JBS-1 24SQ: Suitable for 22.5mm panel cutout Bezel dimension: 24mm x 24mm Legend Plate area: 24mm x 24mm Number of letters possible: Max. four, on one line only (4mm or 5mm letters The above types have either a 9-LED or a 16-LED PCB-mounted LED plate below the lens Type 16S-1 18SQ Suitable for 16.2mm cutout Bezel dimension: 18mm x 18mm Specify "Indicator only with refractor lens" or "Leg -end Type with black (or white) legend plate" Legends can be with (a) clear letters on a black background plate, which is more legible because of the high contrast, or (b) black letters on a white background plate.
